Utilizaremos este ejercicio para trabajar la defensa y el marcaje ante rivales con dos delanteros. Para ello, los defensores de blanco, realizarán un marcaje individual a los dos atacantes, que se colocarán a doble altura:
Iniciará siempre un comodín por cualquiera de las dos bandas jugando obligatoriamente con uno de los atacantes, creándose una oleada de 4×2. El objetivo será finalizar la acción en el menor tiempo posible. Los comodines no podrán entrar dentro de la zona de juego para dar amplitud a la jugada y poder así fomentar el trabajo defensivo de los centrales.
Los centrales deberán impedir que los dos delantero reciban con facilidad o puedan darse la vuelta para finalizar, buscando siempre orientar el ataque hacia las bandas. En caso de que consigan robar el balón, podrán salir al contraataque ayudados por los comodines, finalizando en la portería contraria (serán entonces los delanteros los que defiendan).
